Leticia is a registered Human Resource Practitioner with over 10 years’ experience in NGO and private sectors. She holds a Bachelors degree in Community Psychology, a postgraduate diploma in HR, and a Masters degree in Management studies (Human Resource Major) from Uganda Management Institute. She serves as a Committee member on the 2022-2024 Governing Council for the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda (HRMAU).
Leticia’s key strengths lie in the development and implementation of human resource management strategies and initiatives. She has championed HR business partnering, enabling organizations to adapt to the changing demands of the workplace. Her passion for staff engagement, growth, and development will enhance organizational performance through continuous learning and development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and compliance.
In her new role, Leticia looks forward to fully utilizing her potential, gaining personal growth, and experiencing career development while contributing to people development and advancement for the benefit of the community.
